1995
2003
A calling to teach
I began teaching hospitality for the Canary Islands Education Department at CIFP Villa de Agüimes, CIFP San Cristóbal and CIFP Felo Monzón Grau-Bassas.
2011
A permanent teaching post
I earned my permanent post as a hospitality teacher at CIFP Zonzamas and continued helping new generations grow.
2014
Carving for every celebration
I became self-employed and brought professional carving to weddings and events across Lanzarote and the Canary Islands.
Education
Craft is meant to be shared
Teaching has been part of my journey since 2003. Sharing technique, respect for ingredients and a passion for hospitality is a way to pass on the art of carving.
